Pressure wash, caulk every joint, seal the cracks, prime the bare spots, then spray and back-roll. Built for sun, salt and afternoon storms.

STEP 1
You call or send the form
Tell us what you need painted and when. Most estimates get scheduled the same day.
STEP 2
We measure and price it
We walk the job, measure it, and send a written estimate broken out line by line — labor, materials, exclusions.
STEP 3
Prep, then paint
Wash, cover, caulk, patch and prime first. The paint goes on a surface that is actually ready for it.
STEP 4
Walk it with us
We walk the whole job together with a punch list. Anything you point at gets fixed before we invoice.

Exterior
Full exterior repaint
Pressure washed, cracks sealed and caulked, then sprayed and back-rolled: stucco walls, columns, fascia, soffits and the entry doors. Dated yellow to a crisp white that reset the whole house.
Kitchen cabinets, sprayed
Whole kitchen wrapped in plastic, doors degreased and sanded, then sprayed to a factory-smooth finish. Two-tone: white uppers, blue island.
Epoxy garage floor
Ground down to clean concrete first — that grinding step is the whole job. Then base coat, flake broadcast and clear top coat.
Dark color change, no repaint marks
Burgundy to navy in a tray-ceiling office. Furniture and carpet wrapped, everything back in place the same day we finished.
Striped accent ceiling
Every stripe measured, taped and sealed before the first coat. Detail work most crews will not take on.
Garage doors, sprayed
Everything around the door papered off before a drop of paint moves. That is why the finish is smooth and the stucco stays clean.
Walls & wainscoting
Floors and outlets masked, board-and-batten cut in by hand, walls rolled in two coats. Not a drop on the new flooring.
Beachfront restaurant repaint
Full exterior on an oceanfront restaurant and bar — siding, soffits, fascia, columns, railings and exposed steel — worked section by section while the restaurant stayed open every day.
